The Journey of Life
Every human life is a journey with four essential elements: the Goal, the Path, the Vehicle, and the Traveller, with his instruments. The Goal is what we are ultimately seeking—not merely success or wealth, but lasting peace, fulfilment and inner freedom. The Path is how we live each day in pursuit of that Goal. The 4-wheeled Vehicle is the life we travel in—our relationships, our values, our work and finances.

How each day works
Every day follows the same six movements, in this order, from the morning’s opening to the evening’s practice.
- Opening and the Journey of LifeWhere the day sits on the journey, and the question to hold.
- The teachingThe day’s main teaching, in parts.
- Value of the dayOne value to carry through the day.
- Intentional activitySomething to do, on purpose, before the day ends.
- Scientific quadrantWhat research says about the day’s theme.
- Closing practice and reflectionThe meditation, then notes for the Traveller.
Your notes are kept only in this browser, on this device. The notebook gathers them in one place.
The glossary collects the terms taught so far, each linked to the day that teaches it. The reference library gathers the course’s frameworks, practices, values and origin charts.
