Cancellation

TLM Basic is paid for once. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing renews.

Refunds

Because Days 1 and 2 are free to try, and the paid days open as soon as you pay, course fees are not refundable once paid.

We refund the full fee if you were charged more than once for the same course, or if your payment went through but the course did not open for you and we cannot fix it.

How to ask for a refund

Write to us through Contact us from the email address you enrolled with, and give the payment ID from your receipt (it starts with pay_).

When you receive it

An approved refund is paid back through Razorpay to the account or card you paid with, within 5 to 7 working days. When a refund is made, your enrolment ends and the paid days close again.
