Who we are

The Advaita Deepananda Foundation, a not-for-profit company registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN U94910UP2025NPL221859), runs this website and offers the course. The course was written by Maj Gen Anand Saxena (Retd), the foundation’s founder.

The course

TLM Basic is a course of twenty-one days. Each day is a module to read, with figures, a guided practice and space for your own reflections. A glossary, a reference library and a notebook gather the course in one place.

Days 1 and 2 are open to everyone. From Day 3, the full course is for enrolled students, with access for life. See Pricing.
